"Easy booking, at least from my experience"
I booked my tickets on klook.com in just a few minutes, and the app was simple to figure out. I didn’t explore every feature or anything, but for what I needed, I could find everything without getting confused. Payment went through smoothly too. Seems really handy if you’re planning something last minute.

"Ticket worked, but I’d double-check before going"
I was able to redeem the ticket and get in, so it did work in the end. That said, the entry process felt a little uncertain, like I wasn’t totally sure it would scan or be accepted until I was already there. If you’re planning to use this, I’d recommend having everything pulled up ahead of time and maybe arriving a bit early just in case.

"Helpful in the end, but slow"
Support was alright, but the wait between replies was longer than I expected. They did eventually get things sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the back and forth got a bit tiring. I remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating a weirdly crunchy banana, which pretty much sums up the experience.

"Super easy booking and a great day out"
Well... I booked an island hopping tour through Klook everything went really smoothly. The operator messaged me the day before with the pickup details and they showed up right on time. The boat crew was super friendly, and the whole activity ended up being even better than I expected. No surprise extra charges either, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use Klook again.

"Good deals, and the codes actually work"
I’ve used Klook a few times now and the prices have usually been a bit cheaper than booking direct. Also, side note, the discount codes actually worked for me, which doesn’t always happen on travel sites. I saved some money on attraction tickets, and then on an airport transfer too. The app was easy to use as well. Anyway, I’ll probably check it again before my next trip because so far it’s been worth it...

"Refund came through faster than I thought"
I had to cancel our airport transfer at the last minute because our flight got changed, and I was relieved that the process on Klook was simple. The cancel button was easy to find, and I got a refund update sooner than I expected.
I was a little nervous because I hadn’t dealt with a Klook refund before, and last-minute travel changes are already annoying enough, so I wish I didn’t have to worry about it at all. But in the end, the money was back in my account within a few days and there wasn’t much hassle, so I’d use klook.com again
